In addition, we can't directly change the account type from 'Other Current Asset' to 'Expense' for the COA account.

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I haven’t tried it yet, as I’ve been exploring other options to avoid inactivating all users through a CSV import. However, this might be the only way, so I will proceed with trying this option. Thank you for your response!
