Thank you for assisting Joy. This was what happened. User entered 2,000 initially in (PO) then in received item with 2,000 qty (IR) Then user edited the PO, made it 4,000. Also the IR, altered to 4,000. But the user didn't change the Inventory Detail. It was looked over. That's why it remained as 2,000 while the Qty was…

Upon checking with the user, it turned out that the PO and IR records' quantity have been altered. From 2,000 to 4000-- missing the Inventory Detail update so Inventory Detailed remained at 2,000. How do we resolve this?

We tried inventory adjustment but the quantity on hand will also be affected, we only need to correct the value in quantity available.

I appreciate the effort. However, the existing savedsearch we have is a TRANSACTION SAVED SEARCH. I tried following the same steps not as an Item Saved Search but as a TRANSACTION. I got a blank result. Thank you
