@Pallavi1903 I dont think you understand. There is no remaining revenue to - it's all zero's. The only way to extend anything would be to add more revenue into the equation. The original contract is completed, so a new one should be created instead of trying to extend something that's already 100% recognized.

Hi @Kedalene THe subsidiary Navigator portlet is limited in size. When clients have many subsidiaries, they will have to scroll to see all of the subs. Note that this is a suitelet provided by NetSuite - so it's doubtful that you can modify it easily without recreating it from scratch. Sorry it's not the answer you want.

Hello @Bee Yook The bulk approvals has been deprecated and is no longer supported. It's no longer a viable option for approving. I'm sorry it's not the answer you want - but at least you will know that it's not a viable path to explore. You might want to check out email approvals.

Hi @User_DFQMH You can do this natively and easily if you use suiteapprovals. Are you set on using a custom workflow, or are you able to try Suiteapprovals? To check if you have it installed go to setup>approval process manager. If you don't see it, then you need to install the free suiteapprovals bundle.
