I did not receive a viable solution from support. I devised a not automatic but much faster process in excel to just create a csv import.

I brought this up when we switched to NS Payroll back in February and their response was "most companies don't actually use the bank data imports," although they did create an enhancement request. I'm still manually editing the journal entry every two weeks.

I'm looking for this same solution. I also need it for certain deferred expenses as well. I've tackled similar problems in the past for the odd note receivable by manually creating memorized transactions that roll the current portion to a Current account, but that's quite tedious to do for every revenue schedule,…
