Thanks @Jeanne Padilla-Oracle, but I don't know where to look for that file path. We're using SuiteProjects Pro (OpenAir), so there aren't any files on my pc. When I click the link above 63023, I get the error attached. And when I search in SuiteAnswers for for 63023 or anything about file cabinet, I get no results.

Thanks for the replies on this so far. I'm getting the idea that what I want to do isn't possible, which is really surprising. So just to make sure, @Angela Bayliss, @Stephen Lemp, @Jeanne Padilla-Oracle, I can view all of the expense reports and see which ones have scanned receipts attached. I want to download everything.…

Thanks, @User_UTB5L, but I don't seem to have access to that article. I should add that we had the option to sort on closed date for years, and just recently stopped having it.

Thanks, the path is Opportunities > Deals > Closed. The closed column is there and showing the dates, but it does not have the option to sort it. The default is oldest to newest, but we want to sort newest to oldest. I've attached a pic.
