Reflecting on this after I posted the message, I thought this might be the case. Thanks very much for clarifying. Chris

Amazing thank you - I was able to add the the Minimum Sales Order Date to an existing saved search that I needed it on. Excellent! I couldn't link it to a field on the project record though, which I'd like to do. Using these instructions…

Hi Dominica, Thanks - I will give this a try and get back to you! Chris

Hi - I am on a Mac so I don't have notepad, when I copy in to text edit, it does not add any additional characters. To test your principle, I have tried copy typing the formula straight off the suiteanswers page in to the saved search in Netsuite. I have got this working for "Pending Fulfilment to Pending Billing", but I…

Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , I get this. 😓 Don't know if it helps but I also get the same error when I try to implement this SuiteAnswer article on our instance: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/61715/loc/en_US It seems weird that when we run a suiteanswers suggestion verbatim on out of the…

This is fantastic - thank you so much! I have further questions about it but I'm going to mark this thread as resolved because I've got what I need and the answer was so clear and helpful!

Wow. Great advice. Going to give this a shot now.

Hi again, As part of debugging this, I decided to perform the EXACT search shown on the SuiteAnswer article, to see if our system will do what NetSuite tells us it should do. I figure that if I can get this one working, it may help me understand why mine is not working. If I follow the exact instructions on the suite…

Hi @Tafara, Thanks very much for this. I have done exactly that, but since I don't mind what the systemnotes.oldvalue is, I have modified the formula. So while the SuiteAnswer artice suggests I use the following formula: max(case when {systemnotes.oldvalue} = 'Pending Approval' AND {systemnotes.newvalue} = 'Pending…

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, Nothing back on this yet so thought I'd just give a bit more context around it. For early capacity planning, prior to the receipt of an order or creation of a project record, we need a view on the days of resource required to deliver that project. Using this example below (which is a screenshot…

Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle!

Amazing @Ivy Lopez-Oracle ! Thanks so much. The Transaction : Estimate/Opportunity Status was the one! Perfect. We have actually renamed "Estimate" to "Quote" so it took me a couple of minutes to find it under "Q" rather than "E" - but I got there. Such a buzz when you get it working and it's showing the data you want!…

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , So sorry for the 2 month delay there, been struggling with this. I have done as suggested and lost the error, thank you very much. However it is still returning opportunities that have been through procurement review, and I want the search to only show me opportunities that have not been…

Regarding the error, I have added the following to the opportunity search: and... and I get this error when I run the search: 😔 If I take off the lines with CASE WHEN in I get this which is a bit crazy but shows it's doing something at least? Am I writing the CASE WHEN formula incorrectly I wonder? I've checked a few times…

Thanks Michelle. I just tried this on my opportunity search and got an error. Do I need to start again with a system note search rather than an opportunity search?

Thanks very much @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle. Much appreciated and look forward to the response!

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , Thanks for this - I have just applied this criteria and it appears to be working. It has reduced the quantity of records. I have asked procurement team to check that it only includes the records they want to see, but I think it has done the trick! Many thanks! Chris
