Hi Patrick, Yes support are not able to help as they need to see steps to recreate this error but as it is just random I cannot provide it, so they say they cannot help. It is affecting all staff at different times with different browsers etc. Its a really frustrating one! Thanks

Hi Patrick, Thanks for the feedback. Yes we have checked the Items all have tax schedule = Taxable set up Its more like a random error with the form not filling it in randomly no matter which item or customer you choose. It shard to fault find as is it just random.
