Sorry, I don't think I was using the correct terminology. I meant to say "customer". This is a customer we are invoicing for services provided. In the customer profile, there is a "taxable" box, which can be checked/unchecked (screenshot below). I am trying to determine how I can change the status of that box for a list of…
