We are using Reference Checkout v2.02 and see the error occasionally. I see it most often in our sandbox account. We have only one customer who reported the red box "Unexpected error" appearing at the top of our single-page checkout. I wonder how many others see it but have not notified us. Has NetSuite provided any clue…

Last month NetSuite provided me the ability to add a secure shopping domain for my Site Builder site. When I asked NS support about secure shopping for Site Builder, they said I should talk to my NS Account Exec. He was able to get it for me at no cost as part of my renewal.
