Hi, Thanks for the response. The BAI2 process is working correctly. Its when we do the bank match/auto cash that's the issue. The payor field is not getting loaded and we've been told by Citibank and NS that this field cannot be filled in currently because the customer is not filling it in. I have a few questions - 1 is…
