We also have the same issue currently with our Advance PDF. This issue seems to happen recently as it was working fine with our Advance PDF Statement. It is also working fine with Standard Statement using Basic PDF Layout currently but not with Advance PDF Layout. I hope you can provide any fix for this.

Currently, the work around for us is to enable the Core Administration Permissions for the Customer Center which we are not comfortable to use. This issue happens for us if the Item Fulfillment is already been billed. If the Bill button is displayed in the Item Fulfillment, the Item details shows on the Packing Slip but if Bill button/Invoice is created, and when we tried to print the packing slip, item details is missing. Is this related to Defect 687908?
