Hi @Kedalene , Glad it worked! :) Based on the formula used on the search, we are looking for the user who triggered the "Approved For Posting" status for the JE. You shall find it under System Information tab -> System Notes sublist. On the sublist filter called Field, you may type in "Document Status".

Following this, in case there's new information. :) This is also how we are currently doing it and how our clients are processing these. If there's too many quotes to reprocess or if this task takes too much time and effort we normally recommend automating it via script/customization.
