On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Hi @Kellyann, You can first check the field ID of the field by clicking on Field Help. Sample: If this isn't enabled, you can follow Setting the Internal ID Preference. the field could be a custom segment, which would explain why you can't find it in the list of custom fields.

Can you download the XML(SOAP)/JSON(REST) form of the request via Setup / Integrations / Manage Integration / Integration Record / Execution Logs? There should be one even if it fails. Have you also tried it via Postman or similar integration platforms?
