@Dext3r We don't use bins, and the script do not show any logs, I added that to check if the script enters after I click Save but do not see anything.

@Dext3r I have changed the order of the script to put it on the top and when I save the Item Fulfillment get the same warning: as I mentioned before seems it is one of the builds in scripts that NetSuite runs, because none of our custom scripts we have that message warning. Thanks!

I think I find out why is not working by using the User Event script. So, we are in the same situation, we have re-registered 3 times and still the Warning that you need to re-register still appear. We only have one UPS account. We are getting really nervous because our update will be this weekend. I hope somebody can add a help video for this matter. Best!

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Well, I don't know if there was something going on in NetSuite but now when i set my Nickname in the preference it is sending the email from as the name I entered there. I changed 3 times and seems to be doing what we wanted to do see the image. Thanks!

@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle and @Wee Ming I see the ones with the issue are stuck at the beginning of the workflow. Let me revise the save searches on the transitions and probably I need to create a new one to send those to the pending approval queue.
