  • I'm sorry but, I am using the template. There are no currency symbols and I have checked and removed all the commas. I am having to completely change this file. It is downloaded from the bank. I don't remember ever having to change a file this much before in my career. It finally worked! Thank you both for all your help. 😊

  • I tried 3 or 4 different date formats in excel and none of them work. The file could not be imported, because the date is not in the correct format. Hopefully everything else is correct now.   • Thank you for telling me about the "reason". But it just keeps telling me I have the wrong number of CSV columns in the header. I have tried 7 & 10 columns. On the upload page, you can download a .csv template and that is what I used. I just put what was in the file when I didn't have the actual information. Do I just…
