I just learned that Netsuite runs a programming tool every 15 days to check transactions, my ran today and solved the issue

Yes, we are purchasing the raw materials. but have not completely filled in the BOMS. i was thinking that if we made a journal entry and purchase order receipts for the purchasing in a specific GL account, then we could make a inventory adjustment against that account.
