Thank you for the directions that will help when the issue is at the item level. What do I do if the issue is with the sales taxes or the gift card amount used in a Shopify transaction? I am trying to change the gl impact on the cash sales transactions coming into NetSuite from Shopify. The amounts on some of the transactions need to be edited.
