@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I tried checking the Shipping Carrier and the Shipping Method. Neither gives me the option. I also went to the Set-up to see if I could add a new Carrier and I only see where I can add FedEx or UPS.

@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Thank you kindly for your suggestion. I think this could potentially work if the new shipping items I add would show up in the shipping options for the sales order. I added a new shipping item called "Electronic". But when I make a new sales order, it does not show up as an option at all.

It wants to force me to put in a default per-item charge. I do not want to charge this handling fee to all of my items under this ship method. I only want to charge to certain items that we handle.

@Katerina Winklerova-Oracle Thank you for the continued input and patience as I learn. I finally found that our vendors were uploaded into a subsidiary and I could only make the plus sign appear for Other Relationships by changing the vendor to the parent company and deleting the subsidiary.

What I've found is that in the customer record there is a tab for relationships that allows me to click a tiny little plus sign to add a relationship type. I don't understand if I need to make it a partner relationship or if I should make it a vendor relationship in addition to the customer relationship. What's the…
