  • I believe I understand what you are saying in regards to simplifying the manner in which users interact with the system. If you could not create a new form from scratch perhaps it would make sense if NetSuite provided more control over what was displayed and how it is displayed to the user.   • Thanks very much for your insight. The software company still owns "the paper" so your first suggestion of setting up the sale within NetSuite and then generating an invoice minus commissions would work. Questions 1)Would you setup commissions as a discount item and have the G/L impact post to the commission account?…
