Steve, Web Services is much slower than normal for us, but we are completing transactions. We are experiencing about 50 transactions/hr, down from about 300/hr a few months ago.

We have noticed a significant increase in the number of "unexpected errors" as well. It used to be a very rare event. Now we are seeing them several times a week. The only pattern I have noticed is that often times NS will throw the UE if a user does not have proper permissions, particularly with custom fields and records.

Unfortunately company has not taken up support this year due to budget, so can not file a case. I thought all NS accounts could file an online case regardless of support level. Have you checked for: Support > Customer Service > Contact Support Online HTH.

We have numerous problems starting from the 12th February.. The day after the undisclosed NetSuite update is made at a secure location. ;) Starting to become known as Blue Friday, :eek: the day when things mysteriously break that have been working for months, even years. :(

I also have been using IE8 for 3-4 months. I have not noticed any NetSuite specific problems. However, IE8 does seem to lock-up every now and then, but not just in NetSuite.

You can also quickly find your saved search if you remember a few key words in the search name/title. Just type it in the Global Search. Works great! I use it all the time.

I agree with Olivier, mass delete of transactions is NOT something you would want or need to do as a normal business practice. It is mostly needed during account implementation and setup of interfaces with external systems.

Yes, mine are all messed up too! My clients make extensive use of email alerts using the rich-text (HTML) field type. All of these alerts are now totally unreadable. This seriously breaks critical workflow that depend on these alerts.

You can specify the entire HTML of the message (i.e. start and end with <html> and </html>) and it should be completely unchanged by NS except for any parameter substitutions. WORKAROUND: Do not open, edit and save the Saved Search on browsers other than Firefox. I'm not sure if this "workaround" will actually work. I don't see the issue as being that the HTML code is not properly saved.

Am I the only one who finds this incredibly frustrating? Nope. We spent weeks on this about 3 years ago. Did a lot of testing, provided NS with a lot of detailed suggestions to make the product more usable. No joy so far.
