The Enhancement Search is showing very strange behavior. When I first tried it immediately after going to NetSuite Support Center, the search for "google" returned 16 hits. After that, every search returns ONLY a the blank Search form as it initially appears. The screen shot is exactly as the Search form initially appears.

I need to access both 2007.1 and 2008.1 Production accounts, not necessarily at the same time, but definitely during the same day. Normally this is just a "Change Role".
