Yes, Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, thank you for your reply. i have already submit the request to SuiteAnswer. i am quite sure that the problem is come from the request Call and due to the format of URL to make the javascript error.

it is happening to all the staff. but it is not always happening. sometime it is working but sometime it throw 500 server error. the problem is no one updated or changed the setting of Tax Code. but this error occurred start from Monday.
