@Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle It seems to be any payment created by System as it happens with the native NetSuite Payment Link as well. Edit The script creates the payment using Transform.

@Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle The email is also not sent when the customer is using NetSuite's Payment Link, so it seems to have something to do with the payment being created / updated by "System".
