This is a sales order report, I should have mentioned. I need to display the address label for sales orders.

I need the customer PO number on a sales order report. The field containing it is labeled "PO/Check Number" on the sales order list, "PO #" on the sales order view and when I click on the label it says "Field ID: otherrefnum". But I can't find it in the report writer under any of these names, even by searching. Where is it?

NetSuite support to the rescue.. fwiw, the "Applying Transation" will return the item fulfillment for a sales order even if it is only picked.

We have an integration partner sending Advance Ship Notices for us, and they will use the date and time of the fulfillment as the ship date and time in the ASN. Will have to look at webstorm. Was also thinking about CodeAnywhere with gulp + gulp-nscabinet. It's not as complete a solution as the Eclipse NS-IDE (suspect Webstorm isn't either) but one could actually do continuous integration if one were so inclined. Then there's Orion.

Regarding support from NetSuite - if Eclipse lurches along while NetSuite's plugin fails to keep up, and they refused to even countenance Linux workstations, then the point is moot.

I can give a good initial report on WebStorm (on Ubuntu Xenial too).

I've come to the conclusion that the Eclipse plugin is, in reality, completely unsupported. Come on NetSuite, support it or abort it, I'll be at SuiteWorld - whose buttonhole should I grab?

I'm getting excellent results using WebStorm with a community-supported NetSuite plugin. Anything the NetSuite plugin for Eclipse had over it never worked right for me anyway. NetSuite should get on this. Eclipse is kind of a dinosaur.

I remove the suitecloud IDE plugin and switched to the Eclipse 4 version. Now I have Suitecloud IDE 2014.2.0.e4 Build Date 23 Apr 2015 15:38:06. But the problem is even worse. It has dozens of meaningless error messages. How can i disable this?

My apologies, then, Sir! VS is not in my budget, unfortunately, since I don't do any Windows development. I did have an Education license but I'll be out of school soon. (a 50yo BSCS) I did one C# project and thought It was pretty sharp :-).. It had the OO rigor of Java without the PITA VM issues.

We get no message... just a timeout. I called (silver support) and they told me we could temporarily use system2.netsuite.com. That doesn't make our RESTlets work, however. I want to express in the strongest possible terms how disgusted I am that they are once again faking the data on https://status.netsuite.com/./...…

Anyone in the know have any idea how badly they were hurt? Is it a site failure or were they hacked? We're all but down since our web services integrations are running so slowly that they're timing out.

There's a defect on this that is supposed to be fixed in 2017.1. It's Defect 423850. I had SS1 code that worked but in SS2 it gave me problems.

That doesn't seem to help. "selectNewLine" isn't defined in standard mode and vice versa, Are people abandoning SS2 because of dysfunction?
