We used to. RUN AWAY!!! They charged us $125 a month "gateway fee" for the connection to Netsuite! When we moved to a different processor after 6 years, they charged us a $500 "early termination fee". Their support is non-existent. Their rates are super high. (as high as 5.7%!!) You could probably go with ANYONE else and…

I'm sorry, I forget that Netsuite is an international community. We are in the USA and specifically, in Pennsylvania. We are not using any additional modules... just the included sales tax system in Netsuite.

Thank you so much for your reply. However, I need to be able to sell the items by the each and by the case. My customer orders by the each. We build and fulfill. Then I put them back into inventory in an inventory location just for them at zero cost. They send me a file to import with orders to ship to their customers.…
