Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

We did the merge :) It turns out that the two vendors did not have the exact same tax IDs (one had a dash in the numbers while the other didn't). Once both records matched, the system picked it up as a duplicate. Thank you for your support!!

We used the merge feature under the "Administrator" role. No error messages popped up. We are unable to find the vendor name we would like to merge in the drop box.
