Yes, we do use SSO and all our roles have the SAML Single sign-on permission, and everyone else is able to login besides only one employee.

Hi, I was able to fix the issue. Here are the steps: Go to file cabinet, look for images, choose the correct picture, then click edit. Copy the 3rd URL and insert amp; after each & sign. Navigate to customization>Forms>Advanced PDF/HTML Templates. Look for the preferred form of checks, click edit. Locate<img src>, on line…
