Further information to the above on this. Netsuite support has confirmed that if you have the Cross-Subsidiary Fulfilment feature turned on in Netsuite Netsuite Connector is unable to map a Line Level Location on Sales Orders.

So I'll answer my own question so it's here for people who have the same question in future. As the documentation suggests (without specifically stating), Netsuite Connector DOES NOT support Cross Subsidiary Fulfilment in Netsuite. Workarounds are possible though. Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle, Oracle support, who own the product, has advised there is a defect when mapping Matrix Assembly items in the connector. You can let your expert technical team know.

@Richard James Uri-Oracle How can I set up an option on a product in Shopify that doesn't exist in Shopify yet? I'm importing my products from Netsuite to Shopify. If the product hasn't been created in Shopify yet how can I set up an option on that product?
