Hi @Dane Muchillas , The "Quantity Fulfilled" field on a sales order line is directly related to the item's fulfillment process and whether the line is eligible for fulfillment. Can you confirm the Item Type of the last 2 Items and if the Can be Fulfilled/Received is marked for the Item record under Preference tab?
