Thank you Michelle. I appreciate your insight. Unfortunately, this does not answer my question regarding Contact records for Vendors. Everything in the system seems to be related to Customer records.

I received the following feedback from NS Support: Defect 788205: Our management and engineering teams have been contacted to investigate and work on a resolution. Our target range for resolution is within 1-2 days. We will continue to treat this as a priority until it's resolved.
