Thanks Angela, Especially in that example (on the wiki) the inline HTML "help" fields really do reduce user training/support, I recommend placing help on forms if you can/if needed, it reduces PICNIC calls, and should help reduce admin burnout. :p

gmail has businesses who advertise, I suppose. I have a free yahoo email, but I can't log onto yahoo to read that email without ads blinking at you! Sure, but we pay NetSuite. $$$$ The point is other vendors manage it, can NetSuite? the market is there do they want it? One System? Where is that ER... ;)
