Yes, I did. Unfortunately, our company doesn't set employees to inactive right away. So the only trigger I can use is that Employee Status = Terminated.

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan, Thank you for your input. That is what I had in mind as well. However, I'm not too sure how a Case be linked to an Employee when or IF the person's email address is not what's on the employee record. That also goes to how an approved PO be linked to Employee IF the employee hasn't been hired.
