Good point. It isn't working for sales orders and credit memos either. It looks like the issue only pertains to my customer's account. I think I will raise it at support then. Thanks for your help ? Loran

Hi Ivy, There is no custom form in place for the invoice. Below you can see a screenshot of the invoice form in PROD. 'Customer' is a dropdown list, and it should be possible to type in the name of the customer instead of having to search for the customer in the list. It is simply impossible to type anything in the field 'customer' on the invoice form in the PROD, while it is possibile in the SB. Even though it is a dropdown field, it should…
