Hi Sho, Apologies for the late response, yes your understanding is correct, Party A is the driver for pricing and item specification but Receivable invoice will be generated to Party B along with the bill to, and shipped to. Regards, Majid

no, Party A is who are negotiating the price as specifications and party b who will pay .they both are external not in from other subsidy
