  • @3954253, Can you list the enhancement ID? I'm having an issue with our Lead status Automatically updating to CUSTOMER-Closed Won but can figure out what's triggering it either. Brand new lead, no transactions, value changes as soon as we hit edit on the lead in any role. Turned off all workflows involving customers too.

  • Thanks, We have a unique business in that our customers are also our partners (maybe not so unique actually). We are a distributor so we sell the products to dealers who then sell to consumers. Our customer records have related partner (and vendor) records so that our partners can be paid incentives to specify our product…
