Hi @aisaadaniya, Please enable the classic interface preference. Login as Administrator Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles Find the role in question in the list Click the corresponding Edit link Click on Preferences tab Remove Use Classic Interface preference Click Save Let us know how it goes.
