There is no internal documentation regarding js library for excel generator for SS 2.1. However, you may utilize the N/file Module to create File with Excel type. To any members using js library with SS 2.1 for Excel generator, feel free to provide some insights. -Mikko

You could try to create the Customer Payment via UI and then copy all the values on the UI into your SOAP Request. You can check the internal ids of the field for the request on the Schema Browser. You are correct that it should be plug and play after updating necessary configurations. In your case, please double check the access token you placed in the java sample app configs and try again. -Mikko

For A/R Accounts, yes it is mandatory field and can take it from the invoice of that customer. -Mikko

For token rejected, the suggested resolution is to ensure that the application uses the access token for access and the refresh token for the refresh token POST request. External Id makes the request unique. It can prevent duplicate record. See reference for example. In addition, I understand that the request is new and does not have duplicate but could you clarify if the Customer with internal id = 58595 already have any Customer Payment related to it? -Mikko
