Hi @Vernita, I have personally never tried to use both send on create/update AND schedule within one search. I would be curious to hear if you use one method or the other whether it selected method triggers as expected? To confirm, is the search returning the expected results?

Thanks. Have had a ticket open with them since last week, but no response yet! I will investigate creating a credit memo first as an alternate approach to NetSuite's future response. Thanks for the help,

No. They are inline fields. My best guess is should fill when the charge is added to the credit memo but as above that's not happening. You do seem to be able to link on a new Charge, but, it doesn't seem to make much sense in creating the credit memo first and then a charge. Existing Charge in edit mode: New Charge:

I had also raised a support ticket with NetSuite Support and they have suggested that because my income account is set up with a "Deferral Account" I am seeing this behaviour. Out of curiosity is that the behaviour you are seeing here? Does the "Sales" account have "Deferred Revenue"…
