I use to get this type of tracking for my first label on a multi-package. you get "1 of X" and ##master## now i don't get this. every label is treated individually. now on the label, there is no master or show # of packages that goes together.

We had at the same issue. after the 2026.1 , we had to relink & reregister our Fedex Account. But I noticed when I print an item fulfillment that has multiple shipments & tracking number, it's treating them as individual packages. i no longer get master tracking, 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc. the master tracking is no longer there.…

it's working now. support did nothing to help though. all they did was close my case and tell me that i need to pay more money for phone support. this counts as a How To question. I can't wait until the next unexpected error. I'll just remember that "Please click here to notify support" means nothing and a waste of time.…
