Thanks @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle , @Tigran Shahnazaryan, I raised this case to Netsuite, and they recommend this community. I replied them that I didn't receive solution when I ask in this. And this is Netsuite's feedback. I checked suite answer with 2 ids that They sent, but it is not same what i want.

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan , My customer usually using browser on mobile instead of their Desktop/laptop. They don't use Netsuite Mobile app. So, I want to find the cause for this trouble.
