Hi Richard, It is a bug. Support team raised a defect for this issue Defect Id: 796227 I think it is going to be fixed in upcoming E-Fix release.

Yes, I'm using chrome based browser: Microsoft edge, I think it's a compatibility issue, cuz it works fine with windows edge browser, but failed in Android edge browser. We did cleaned the cache, failed again. Mobile URL is same.
