Thank you! That was the issue. Needed to add it exactly trhe same as criteria and then in results tab.

Thanks All, For Vendor, I'm just using system Notes field as Email as an example. I'm getting the correct results just not the formula. I'v also tried with and without expressions

That worked great. Last question - if I reuse a External ID would that cause any issues outside of that record? i.e.. used 1000, 1001 etc.. for Groups load, and then loaded another CSV to a custom record or something else and also used 1000, 1001 etc.. Thank you and have a great weekend Pete

Thanks Tigran - I did try that initially but it seems to want me to populate an external ID. The existing records don;t seem to have external ID populated, so I was leaving it blank. Is that best practice from your perspective?
