@Jam Amper-Oracle Yes, it does but if I remove it, it shows all the lines with negative amounts and zero amounts. We don't want to see those lines. Plus is makes the workbook with way too much lines of info. How can I remove those lines without affecting it?

@Tigran Shahnazaryan thank you for your suggestion. It seems odd that Netsuite doesn't have a simple way to just display the last invoice data per customer with a simple search. I'm using this saved search to email the info to each customer so I don't believe I can use a different avenue like Reports or Analytics correct?
