@Dext3r Alright, thanks. I will most likely stick with the record.load approach for now instead of creating new maps or multiple searches. Do you have any idea, why does this happen? Is it because the field appears readonly on the record?
-
Hi @Dext3r! That is how I would expect it to work, but using your approach the result is undefined. lookup.subsidiary is returned as 'My Company'. It is a single column so it is not an array and also there is no `value` property on that.

Hi @Chelsea Jacobs Thanks for the response. I am sad to hear that this is expected. I have also tried with search.create getValue and also with query.create, but unfortunately they all return the displayed text instead of the ID.

Hello @Nicole Mendoza-Oracle! Thank you for the answer. One more question: As of now will the "enablesourcing" property still work if written in lowercase?

Hello @Nicole Mendoza-Oracle! Thank you for the response. Can I ask, are you an authority or affiliated with NetSuite, so that I could use your answer in explaining this change to my colleagues? Can I use your response as a formal guideline or could you perhaps provide a source to your claim? All the best
