Hi Sara I believe you can create a sublist workflow which sets class on line item before record is saved on create. It's worth checking if you can set Field display type to inline or disable. Not sure if you can, but it's worth checking. Regards

Hi amccausland, The link on the email which has been generated by saved search is View Record, therefore it is not something that point back to a netsuite domain. We have now recommended using System.NetSuite domain as System2 is only for debugging and has some limitations. Many thanks for your reply. Regards, Reza
