The Quantity on Hand field ID is as follows: The first screenshot is indeed an Assembly Build record. I believe we do have multi-location inventory however we only have 1 location (Main) and all inventory is populated to this location.

Thank you John. Our kits are composed of assembly items. When I try to build the assembly items, the components required display but the quantity on hand shows 0 stock although there is stock available. e.g.
