Hi Niks, I have tried that yes. I am doing updates in the Administrator role. When I update the mainline location and preferred location to null on the parent item, I receive an error message. Your response inspired me to try removing the subsidiary field altogether. This created a different error. This implies that to fix…

Hi Niks, Yes I have removed the location, but it did not solve the problem since I am not able to remove the preferred location. I've included a side by side comparison of a problem item and a non problem item to highlight the issue.

Hi Niks, I have gone through those articles, yes. The problem that I have is that on Matrix child items those fields (include children / preferred location) are not eligible to edit. It seems like they can only be edited by modifying the Parent Item and then clicking "Update Matrix". However, that does not effectively…
