Hi Forum, We managed to resolve this one in the end together with Oracle customer support. The underlying issue was INACTIVE accounts with a small balance on them, which didn't have any SRU codes assigned on them. Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Those actions you described was exactly what I did in my previous response. Removing that permission on the custom employee center user role then causes issues with the saved searches, see earlier sent screenshot. The users cannot see their pending bills then.... /Sara

Hi! Update on this: I removed field data from EFT tab / Entity Bank (Employee) on Expense Report document, and that resolved the Bill Payment Processing issue. However, I still cannot understand why disabling the approval workflow still routes the documents for approval... /Sara

Thanks John, this was really helpful. We found that the workflow running is setting the field type as disabled for certain vendor bill criteria. We'll look into modifying this. Have a great week! /Sara

Thanks John. I checked the form and the field is set with display type as "normal". So probably we have to look deeper into the workflows then. Is there by the way any smart way of finding out which of our (hundreds...) of workflows it is that is affecting this particular field here? ☺️ /Sara
