Thanks everyone - I decided to just make a "Access Help" email template that my users can send if a customer claims they never got the original email. Basically, it guides them to our customer portal, enter email, and click "forgot password" to follow prompts to set up a new password. That was the best thing I could offer…

@Pratik Teredesai-Oracle thank you for the information, I better understanding why a normal email template will not work for password setup. I do know the exact time we check the access box, but I was hoping for more of a log to show that the email was sent or received by the customer. @Estee Copying every email sent out……

Thanks Angela, I did check the bounced email list as well… looking for any place I could prove a successful send or a clear bounce. Unfortunately, came up empty on information.
