Hi Folks, I have the same issue with every single Netsuite user in my company.. for us its roughly 10-15 minutes its booting us out. All modules ( active and not sandbox ). Not a wanted "surprise feature" - Netsuite please address this. Shaun

Yup.. this is the end of my busiest Q1 we've ever had, and everything has to be invoiced out today. Timing.. truly couldnt be worse netsuite.. Time for you folks to start using failover in your server designs.

my rep responded.. "this is a known issue".. but sadly.. SFA for when things will be fixed.. but they will create a case for me. how thoughtful. question.. getting tired of the Oracle BS when they go down.. anyone have experience with Dynamics? is it as bad as NS has become lately?

up and running with Chrome for the past 20 minutes.. not counting my chickens yet but i have hope. can do quotes, estimates, PO's.. posting transactions are saving and a proper rate and responsiveness has been good.

yeah, i pointed the same out to my rep.. it's like watching a Trump news conference and as factual... not good when NS starts playing with the truth. i was told my account was "fixed"... well.. about as fixed as Trump has a wall.

Massively.. went down around 8am EST.. still down as of almost 9pm EST.. no answers.. no idea when our company is going to be back online. taking 20 minutes to save a record and that's if it doesnt crash. brutal. no explanation.. no timeline to repair.. in Ottawa Ontario Canada.

I agree with trimblee.... no easy way to do this and other than via serialized inventory ( then the index becomes the serial number ) i dont think you can.
